5. It fits the remit because BBC news presents news which is applicable to all the public and that is viewed in a equal manor.

Presenter

1. The presenters for news at 6 are George Alagiah and Sophie Raworth

2. The presenters normally will be wearing formal and classical clothes so that it promotes a professional attitude towards the student.

3. TV news usually uses a variety of presenters so that the views don’t get bored of the same presenters because the audience may dislike a certain presenter.

4. Normally other presenters or reporters are used in the news for an interview mostly.
5. There is a balance for news at six there are equal amount of presenters however they're mainly white presenters so that the impact the news has on the audience is different
  Opening Sequence

1. The first shot of the presenter is siting at a desk looking at his paper and is about to explain the stories.

2. The special effects are used to dumb down the audience to make the news stories easier to understand.

3. There is dramatic music used in the starting of the opening sequence.

4, The stories coming up are briefly mentioned at the start of the bulletin.

Studio Mise-En-Scene

1. The audience can see some the presenters and the audience can see the background of the studio and the workers and the desk of the studio.

2. Only one of the presenter is sat behind a desk and the rest are in different areas.

3. In the opening of the scene the cameras are shown in the start of the news programme.

4, The studios primary colour that was used is red and most of the other colours used were with black.

How news stories are presented

1.  Many of the news stories are presented in a monotone voice.

2, The presenters introduce themselves before they begin with a bulletin.

3. They cover financial, crime, country, academic and sports news.

4. Special effects are blended into the real life footage.

Running Order

1. The main story of the news programme is about Tesco lost of £6.4 Billion

2. It lasts around about 6 minutes.

3.  Order of stories: Tesco, Child Abise, Immigrants, School Children and Cricket

4. Shown for this time to spread out the timing of the news to make it much longer and more appealing to the audience.

1. The main target audience for the news programme was mainly British people around 71% in the Nation.

2. The average of amount of people who view the content is around 4 million views.

3. This would be chosen over any other news programme due to the news stories covered and the timing in which the show is presented is flexible with many viewers.

4. The viewers are mainly told to be aware of criminals or special functions that may occur.

5. The audience have the ability to find what's happening in their local area.

Institution

1. Many other TV news programmes such as the BBC world news which offers a range of news which happens outside the nation.

2. The role of Ofcom is to monitor whether there is a equal balanced news programme.

3. Dumbing down is making the audience as if they have no knowledge.
